Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year experience in merchandising, retail, FMCG, or pharmaceutical distribution is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and visit multiple stores daily.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools.
• Willing to travel within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets per approved route plans.
• Display products per merchandising standards and planograms.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Check expiration dates and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Set up promotions, price tags, shelf talkers, and materials.
• Submit merchandising and sales reports.
• Coordinate with sales reps and warehouse on availability/delivery.
• Build relationships with pharmacists and store staff.
• Monitor competitor activities and promotions in accounts.
• Maintain clean and organized shelves and displays.
• Assist during product launches and store openings.
