Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and prepared for field work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
• Residents in South Luzon or willing to be assigned locally encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Promote and present pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and product presentations.
• Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports and daily call reports.
• Participate in product training, sales meetings, and company activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
