Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) seeks reliable and safety-focused professional drivers for a large-scale mapping data collection project. You will operate client-provided vehicles with mapping equipment to collect street-level data across zones, coordinating with field staff to meet daily targets.

Requirements include 5+ years driving, English proficiency, and willingness to travel and stay on assignment for extended periods. Hotel-based work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Experience driving larger vehicles (vans, trucks) preferred.
• Good English language skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay on assignment for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate client-provided vehicles equipped with mapping and data collection equipment.
• Collect mapping data within assigned zones efficiently and in compliance with project guidelines.
• Handle and protect all client-provided vehicles, devices, and equipment.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness and basic upkeep.
• Research and identify safe local parking locations to ensure vehicle and equipment security.
• Securely park, cover, and safeguard the vehicle daily at designated locations.
• Report and handle incidents, including traffic accidents and public interactions, in a professional manner.
• Coordinate daily activities with the Camp Coordinator and project coordinators.
• Travel long distances as required and work in hotel mode during assignments.
