Job summary

Caliber Infosearch Inc. is seeking a Field Investigator/Verifier to conduct field investigations, background checks, and information verification. You will gather and validate data, and prepare accurate reports to support timely investigations.

The role requires independent work, strong observation and interviewing skills, and the ability to travel within designated areas. A valid driver's license and motorcycle ownership are preferred assets for field assignments.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college graduate (preferred).
• Experience in field investigation, background verification, credit investigation, or related work is an advantage.
• Strong observation, interviewing, and communication skills.
• Able to prepare accurate and detailed reports.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to do extensive field verifications and travel within specified areas.
• Can work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with using smartphones, email, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background checks and field verifications.
• Gather and verify information from applicants, employers, references, and other sources.
• Submit complete and accurate reports on time.
• Report any suspicious or fraudulent findings.
