Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years in trade marketing or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to measure promo effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to visit retail outlets and be hands-on.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with trade software is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze promo sales reports to measure promo effectiveness.
• Conduct cascading meetings to align brand activity and implementation monthly.
• Improve store visibility to create brand awareness.
• Create trade promos for Gen Trade and Modern Trade.
• Gather market insights for Gen Trade and Modern Trade.
• Ensure timely execution of Gen Trade and Modern Trade programs.
• Communicate with Trade Store owners and staff.
• Process requests related to Modern Trade accounts.
