The candidate should have negotiation skills and the ability to maintain customer relationships. Responsibilities include tracking down clients, negotiating payment plans, and advising customers about their options. An ideal candidate has at least two years of related experience and must be self-motivated. This role requires a motorcycle and offers opportunities in various locations, including CAMANAVA and BULACAN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Two years of previous experience as a collector or in a related field.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Speaking and listening skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work without supervision.
• Able to create trust and build relationships.
• Preferably living in Muntinlupa, Laguna or Batangas.
• Willing to be assigned in CAMANAVA & BULACAN.
• (With own Motorcycle)

Responsabilités

• Field collector officers track down clients that are no longer contactable.
• Field collector officers attempt to contact clients primarily over the phone.
• Field collector officers negotiate payment plans that suit clients' financial situations.
• Field collector officers advise customers on their payment options.
• Field collector officers keep customer files updated with contact information.
• Field collector officers answer incoming calls from customers.
