Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Criminology, or a related field.
• Experience in credit investigation and collections is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for fieldwork.
• Knowledge of credit evaluation and collection procedures is preferred.
• Willing to attend 3 days Training and Orientation at the Head Office (Pasig City, Metro Manila)- (All expenses are shouldered by the company).

Responsibilities

• Conduct background and credit investigations for financing applicants.
• Verify customer information through field visits and interviews.
• Prepare investigation reports and credit recommendations.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Conduct collection visits while maintaining professional customer relationships.
• Negotiate payment arrangements in accordance with company policies.
• Submit timely collection reports and account updates.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and legal collection practices.
