Responsibilities

• Conduct background and credit investigations on loan applicants.
• Visit clients, residences, businesses, and collateral properties.
• Inspect and estimate value and marketability of real estate collateral.
• Check property condition, location, access, neighborhood, occupancy, and red flags.
• Interview neighbors, barangay officials, or other sources when needed.
• Obtain certified documents from government offices such as Registry of Deeds, Assessor’s Office, and Treasurer’s Office.
• Prepare clear written reports with findings, photos, and recommendations.
