Job summary

Dimension-All Inc. is seeking a Collection Assistant based in Pasig for a full-time, on-site role. You will prepare billing and collection documents, follow up on outstanding payments, and monitor accounts receivable aging while coordinating with Finance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in collections or AR, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive a motorcycle. No remote work; Ortigas Center, Pasig is the workplace. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate.
• 1–3 years of experience in collection, accounts receivable, or related work.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Can drive a motorcycle.
• Willing to conduct field work and customer visits.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Can start immediately or with short notice.
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize billing and collection documents.
• Follow up customers regarding outstanding accounts and payments.
• Monitor AR aging, PDCs, security deposits, and collection status.
• Assist in credit investigation and accounts under legal action.
• Maintain accurate collection records and coordinate with Finance.
