Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Technical Operations for job order completion.
• Perform administrative tasks including documenting test results and subscriber information.
• Execute cable layout, wiring, testing, and repairs for subscriber connections.
• Engage in regular training to enhance skills and provide feedback.
• Maintain all basic tools and equipment including cleanliness and operability.
• Provide professional interactions with customers and updates on issues.
