Job summary

World Vision Bangladesh is seeking a field-focused officer to lead mobilization activities and sensitization for GFA programs, ensuring quality and accountability in all operations. You will coordinate with volunteers, RFSCs, community leaders, and manage beneficiary lists for fair distribution.

The role requires a Bachelor degree with at least 3 years in NGO settings, strong communication, and readiness to work in field environments and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any subject.
• Minimum 3 years’ NGO or international development experience.
• Experience with food security or emergency programming preferred.
• Ability to analyze community needs and plan accordingly.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mobilization schedules with supervisor input.
• Mobilize and sensitize beneficiaries for food allocation.
• Invite beneficiaries with accurate details and locations.
• Coordinate with RFSCs, volunteers and community leaders.
• Ensure orderly, crowd-free transactions at outlets.
• Conduct site checks on storage conditions and food quality.
