Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in fiber optic, telecommunications, or field technical work is preferred.
• Knowledge of fiber optic installation and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle preferred.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
• Physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform fiber optic and cable installation, termination, testing, and repair.
• Troubleshoot fiber cuts, outages, and subscriber service issues.
• Install and maintain aerial and underground fiber optic networks.
• Ensure quality and compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Properly handle assigned tools, equipment, and materials.
• Submit required accomplishment and incident reports.
• Coordinate professionally with customers regarding service concerns.
• Perform other field-related duties as assigned.
