Qualifications

• High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Warehouseman or Warehouse Staff.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry stock weighing up to 25-50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of basic inventory control procedures (e.g., FIFO, cycle counts).
• Familiarity with warehouse tools and hand-operated equipment (hand jack, tape dispenser, barcode scanner).
• Basic numeracy and literacy to read tags, labels and order sheets.
• Strong team player with a punctual, disciplined, and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders/delivery receipts; safely unload items from delivery vehicles.
• Organize stock systematically on shelves or racks according to storage guidelines (e.g., FIFO); conduct periodic physical stock counts.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage items accurately for outbound dispatch based on picking lists or sales orders.
• Operate manual inventory equipment (pallet jacks, push carts, hand trucks); maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
• Prepare and sign dispatch slips, stock transfer forms, and delivery acknowledgments; report damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety hazards immediately.
