Job description

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled support on package related evaluations using FA visual and electron microscopy inspection tools.
• Provide basic support/services to both internal and external customers; like X-ray, SAT, SEM/EDX, macro and micro inspection, and micro‑sectioning.
• Performs sample preparation and cleaning to ensure the returned sample from the customer is fit for ATE verification.
• Assists FA personnel in administrative tasks such as general store supplies.
• Conducts periodic housekeeping in the area, especially at the wet lab.

Qualifications

• Education / Experience
  • Graduate of a Technical course.
  • Preferred with at least 2 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing process.
• Skills
  • Possess basic analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Hands‑on experience working with optical microscope, SEM, SAT, X‑ray, and other failure analysis inspection tools.
  • Has acceptable communication skill.
  • Computer knowledge with skills in usage of MS OFFICE.
