Job summary

TOPSERVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to support everyday manufacturing activities in Metro Manila. You will help set up and tear down machines, load materials, and monitor processes to ensure smooth operation.

You\'ll maintain clean work areas, report issues promptly, and collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets. Prior experience in manufacturing and basic documentation is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years of college education or a graduate of college or vocational program.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Knowledgeable in basic documentation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down machines.
• Monitor production processes and report issues or malfunctions.
• Load raw materials into machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area including cleaning machines.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production targets.
