Hiring for HOLLOWBLOCKS FACTORY WORKER
- A hollow blocks factory worker is responsible for producing concrete hollow blocks, which are used in construction for walls, foundations, and other structural applications.
- Production of Hollow Blocks: Operate machinery and equipment to mix and mold concrete into hollow blocks, ensuring that each block meets quality standards for size, shape, and strength.
- Quality Control: Inspect blocks for defects, such as cracks, improper dimensions, or poor curing. Ensure that the blocks are consistent and adhere to the factory’s specifications.
- Handling Materials: Load and unload raw materials like cement, sand, gravel, and additives into mixing machines. Ensure that the correct proportions are used for each batch of concrete.
- Machine Operation: Operate and maintain machinery such as block molds, mixers, curing chambers, and vibration tables to ensure efficient production.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and handle repetitive tasks in a physically demanding environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to inspect blocks and materials for quality, ensuring that the products meet industry standards.
