Job summary

Sungil Philippines Corporation is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, and building systems in our Quezon City facilities. The role ensures safety and efficiency through inspections, troubleshooting, and timely repairs.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of maintenance experience and are certified electricians or have relevant vocational training.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and systems.
• Certification as electrician required or preferred.
• Graduate of high school or vocational/technical course.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and utilities.
• Carry out minor plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting works as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Perform other technical and maintenance-related duties as assigned.
