Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) is seeking an experienced facilities technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical building infrastructure supporting manufacturing, offices, and site operations.

The role requires 2+ years in facilities maintenance, knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and CMMS, and the ability to read drawings. Safety, environmental, and quality compliance are emphasized.

Competenze

Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities operation and maintenance in manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, or commercial environment.
TESDA NC II certification or relevant trade certifications are preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC and ventilation systems.
Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, MCCs, transformers, UPS, generators, lighting, and power quality.
Familiarity with building management systems (BMS), SCADA, power monitoring, and utility management systems.

Mansioni

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of facility equipment and utility systems.
Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, fire protection, and other building systems to ensure operational reliability.
Conduct routine inspections and equipment condition monitoring, including thermal scanning, vibration monitoring, and performance checks.
Troubleshoot equipment abnormalities and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Execute work orders and maintenance activities through the CMMS system and ensure timely completion.
Support installation, modification, testing, and commissioning of facility equipment and infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers during maintenance and project activities.
Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental, health, and quality requirements, including permit-to-work and lockout/tagout procedures.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, equipment history, and technical documentation.
Support energy conservation, cost reduction, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in emergency response activities and provide support during utility interruptions or equipment failures.
Assist in audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance requirements related to facility operations.
