Job summary

LIMA LAND, INC. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee building maintenance, groundskeeping, and safety programs. You will supervise teams, manage vendor relationships, and use scheduling tools to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting facilities for compliance, planning repairs, budgeting, and coordinating relocations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position.
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good analytical/critical thinking.
• BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and accessibility codes.
• Identify maintenance and repair needs across the property.
• Schedule repair projects, cleaning routines and capital improvements.
• Supervise maintenance staff and delegate tasks.
• Negotiate and manage service contracts with external vendors.
• Create and monitor facilities budgets for maintenance, repairs and supplies.
• Coordinate office relocations and workspace reconfigurations.
• Establish and enforce workplace safety, emergency and security protocols.
