Job summary

A leading maintenance service provider in the Meycauayan, Bulacan area is urgently hiring for a Building Maintenance role. The successful candidate will perform checks and repairs on various building systems, including electrical and plumbing tasks. Ideal applicants should have facility maintenance experience and be able to work independently. This is a full-time position requiring physical capability to perform demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of proven facility maintenance experience.
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks (lifting, climbing).
• Skilled in the safe use of common maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Regularly check genset, power room, water tank, pump room.
• Make inspections of the market and repair damages.
• Check conditions of fire extinguishers and emergency lights.
• Conduct regular gathering of samples in STP (water sampling).
• Perform monthly reading of Utility Submeters (electricity and water).
