Job summary

CBRE Maintenance Technician role in Metro Manila overseeing maintenance of small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and repairs to keep equipment functioning reliably.

The position requires a basic trade education or equivalent experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication and organizational skills. MS Office proficiency is welcomed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures and clearly exchange information.
