One Top Medical Systems Resources is seeking a facility upkeep and inspections assistant in Metro Manila. The role involves daily building and equipment inspections, lighting and CCTV checks, and maintaining clean utility areas.

You will handle basic carpentry, painting, and plumbing tasks, coordinate repairs, and support furniture setup for new hires and events. Responsibilities include safety-oriented on-site supervision of contractors, proper reporting, and maintaining logs.

• Daily inspection of buildings, offices, equipment and facility systems.
• Basic carpentry and fixture repairs; painting and drywall touch-ups.
• Plumbing and maintenance tasks; use of hand/power tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily inspection of buildings, offices, equipment, furniture, and facility systems. Includes plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, fire protection, life safety, security, and communications and internet systems.
• Monitor lighting and CCTV; replace bulbs/tubes and inspect CCTV annually or as required.
• Maintain cleanliness in utility rooms, storage areas, and maintenance spaces.
• Monitor and restock basic facility supplies.
• Perform basic carpentry and fixture repairs; adjust desks, hinges, door handles/locks.
• Patch-paint walls, repair drywall, fix minor flooring/molding issues.
• Address simple plumbing issues; unblock toilets; fix leaks; replace washers.
• Use hand and power tools safely for routine repair requests.
• Coordinate repairs across Diestro Properties to keep facilities in good condition.
• Assist in arranging/moving/assembling office furniture for new hires or transfers.
• Set up layouts, seating, tables, and basic AV for events or meetings.
• Assist in receiving, hauling, and organizing bulky deliveries; track storage.
• Escort and supervise external contractors; ensure safety signage is clear.
• Report defects and incidents to management; maintain logs and documentation.
• Prepare purchase requests for tools, materials, & parts; label assets.
