Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Pasay to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will support preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems, following established procedures under supervision.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency with MS Office. You will work as part of the Engineering and Technical Services team in the GWS Segment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of job-related maintenance experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Good communication and basic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with the team.
