Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and civil works.
• Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance for estate facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, utilities, and common areas to identify needs.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory of tools and spare parts.
• Lead and train maintenance personnel to enhance skills and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects.
