Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or vocational graduate.
• Holder of a TESDA certificate.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in building facilities or general maintenance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities of the designated property.
• Inspect, test, repair, install, and modify electrical components and systems.
• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs for day-to-day upkeep and safety.
• Assist with workspace setups to maintain a safe and functional environment for employees and visitors.
• Perform general hands-on care, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide administrative support for workspace logistics; complex tasks may be outsourced to external contractors.
