Job summary

ASIAPRO MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE is seeking an experienced Facilities / Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technical teams at St. Luke's Medical Center in Quezon City.

The role requires hands-on leadership of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and HVAC systems, plus PM and RCA processes. You will coordinate technician assignments, spare parts inventory, emergency responses, and operational reporting, ensuring safety and compliance with building codes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent tech qualification.
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience with 1-2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and HVAC systems.
Experience in preventive maintenance (PM) and root cause analysis (RCA).
Familiarity with CMMS/ERP software, work orders, safety regs and building codes.

Responsibilities

Manage technician assignments, spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules.
Oversee emergency breakdown responses and prepare operational reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
