Responsibilities

• Manages engineering operations and budgets for the property.
• Maintains the building, grounds and physical plant with focus on safety and asset protection.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and oversees energy conservation efforts.
• Leads emergency response activities and coordinates service contracts.
