Job summary

Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Facilities Engineer to optimize facilities operations and integrate people, places, and processes within the built environment.

The role focuses on critical equipment, FDAS, HVAC, electrical and CCTV systems, while coordinating with 3rd party contractors to ensure compliance and performance. The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering (BSME/BSEE), licensure, and at least 5 years in facilities/property management, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferably BSME or BSEE.
• Licensed/registered Engineer.
• At least five (5) years experience in professional facilities and/or property management, preferably with experience in manufacturing industry.
• Pollution Control Officer and/or Basic Occupational Safety and Health certificate is preferrable.
• Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Integrate people, places and processes within the built environment to improve the quality of life of people and the productivity of the core business.
• Handle the technical operations of Facilities Management, including critical equipment (FDAS, HVAC, electrical, CCTV) and related systems; oversee 3rd party contractors and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance through audits, licenses, permits and contracts; manage custodial, housekeeping, canteen, shuttle and other FM services.

Job description

The Facilities Engineer is responsible for integrating people, places, and processes within the built environment with the purpose of improving the quality of life of people and the productivity of the core business.

The Facilities Engineer shall handle the technical operations of Facilities Management (“FM”) primarily the critical equipment of the facilities including, but not limited to, fire protection equipment, fire detection & alarm system (“FDAS”), air-conditioning system, ventilation system, hygiene facilities, electrical & auxiliary systems and CCTV systems. S/he must handle 3rd party contractors in terms of operations, compliance, conduct of inspection & preventive maintenance, contract management and SLA monitoring. S/He must have operational capability to handle custodial and housekeeping maintenance functions, canteen operations, shuttle & mesenterial services, administrative functions, waste management, pest control and other various soft services involved in FM operations. Lastly, the role shall be accountable in the compliance management of the facilities in terms of audits, licenses permits & contracts.

Job Qualifications
