Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems, utilities, and equipment.
• Lead facility improvement projects, including upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility-related services.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and company standards.
• Service and maintain equipment to run safely, effectively and efficiently.
• Supervise a team of technicians and contractors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support operational needs.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management review.
