Job summary

Servicio Filipino, Inc. is seeking a diligent cleaning associate to maintain hygienic spaces within client facilities in Metro Manila. The role involves cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas, and ensuring proper sanitation throughout the day.

You will handle sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, and the safe use of cleaning chemicals, reporting issues to supervision, and supporting event cleanups as needed to uphold health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including offices, common areas, hallways, restrooms, and other facility spaces.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping, and other general cleaning activities.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as doors, handles, tables, counters, and other fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of restrooms and replenish necessary supplies.
• Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste properly in accordance with company policies and environmental procedures.
• Ensure that cleaning materials, tools, and equipment are properly used, stored, and maintained.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning and sanitation supplies when necessary.
• Report damaged facilities, maintenance concerns, spills, safety hazards, or other issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Follow proper procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness during events, meetings, or other facility activities as assigned.
• Follow established health, safety, sanitation, and environmental standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to cleaning requests from employees, clients, and facility users.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
