Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as housekeeper or in a similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
• Good communication skills to interact with employees and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete them efficiently.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols.
• Flexibility to work including weekends and holidays, if required.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and cleans floors in all areas of the building including lobbies, hallways, staircases, elevators and common areas.
• Dusts and wipes down surfaces, furniture, windows, and fixtures.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
• Keeps empty the trash bins, and replaces liners in all areas of the building.
• Manages daily pantry activities and keeps it tidy and organized.
• Monitors, keeps inventory and refill supplies, such as toilet paper, soap and paper towels, in restrooms, pantry and other common areas.
• Performs periodic deep-cleaning tasks, such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and furniture polishing.
• Responds promptly to any emergency cleaning needs, including spills or other incidents that require immediate attention.
• Assists with pre-event preparations and post-event clean up when required.
• Serves refreshments to guests.
