Jangho Curtainwall Philippines Inc. in Makati City is seeking a Facade Designer to join our civil/structural team.

The role focuses on coordinating the design, development, and implementation of innovative curtain wall systems for our projects. You will collaborate with design and engineering teams, review drawings and specs, support installation teams on site, and help develop company standards for facade delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architect or related field
• Experience in facade design and coordination, preferably in construction or building materials
• Civil Engineering graduates are also considered
• Strong technical expertise in curtain wall design, analysis, detailing, materials, fabrication, installation methods
• Proficient in design/simulation software such as AutoCAD
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Problem-solving and critical thinking to resolve complex design challenges

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and detail facade solutions meeting project requirements
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to integrate the facade system into the building design
• Review and analyze design drawings, technical documents, and material specs to identify issues and provide solutions
• Contribute to development of company standards, protocols, and best practices for facade design and delivery
• Provide technical support and guidance to installation and site teams during construction

About the role

Jangho Curtainwall Philippines Inc. is seeking a talented Facade Designer to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is integral to the success of our civil/structural engineering projects, as you will be responsible for coordinating the design, development, and implementation of innovative curtain wall systems.

What you\'ll be doing

• Collaborate closely with the design and engineering teams to develop and detail facade solutions that meet project requirements and specifications


• Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless integration of the facade system into the overall building design


• Review and analyze design drawings, technical documents, and material specifications to identify potential issues and provide solutions


• Contribute to the development of company standards, protocols, and best practices for facade design and delivery


• Provide technical support and guidance to the installation and site teams during the construction phase

What we\'re looking for

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architect or a related field


• With experience in facade design and coordination, preferably in the construction or building materials industry


• Civil Engineering graduates are also considered


• Strong technical expertise in the design, analysis, and detailing of curtain wall systems, including knowledge of materials, fabrication, and installation methods


• Proficient in the use of design and simulation software, such as AutoCAD
