HIRING

An Eyelash Technician is responsible for applying eyelash extensions and providing lash-related services to clients. They ensure that the clients receive professional and high-quality lash treatments, offering a personalized experience while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Eyelash Extension Application: Apply individual or volume eyelash extensions to enhance the length, thickness, and fullness of a client’s natural lashes.
• Consultations: Conduct consultations with clients to assess their lash needs, explain available services, and recommend lash styles based on their preferences and eye shape.
• Maintenance and Removal: Provide aftercare instructions for clients and offer lash touch‑ups or removals as needed.
• Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, following all health and safety regulations, including disinfecting tools, equipment, and workstations between each client.
