Job summary

A leading semiconductor公司 in the Philippines is seeking an External Manufacturing Staff Test Engineer. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in Semiconductor Test development and at least 3 years in MOSFET & Power Discrete testing. The role involves managing test operations, troubleshooting on-site, and performing continuous yield analysis. Ideal candidates will be proficient in English and capable of coordinating with multinational teams. This is a full-time role based in Muntinlupa.

Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in Semiconductor Test development projects.
At least 3 years of experience in MOSFET & Power Discrete testing.
Proficient in English communication.
Familiar with test operation flow.
VDA 6.3 audit knowledge is a plus.
Proficient in English.
Capable of coordinating among multinational teams to deliver results.
Organized and focused on results with integrity.

Responsibilities

Managing Test Operation tasks at subcons in the Philippines.
On-site troubleshooting for Test production activities.
Continuous yield analysis and improvements.
Responsible for major subcons KPI including MPE cycle time and Lot Reject Rate.

To support SiC JFET production at PSI and THEPI
To support ATP and ATEC and othe OSATs

Responsibilities

Managing Test Operation tasks and activities at subcons in Philippines
On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities
Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend
Responsible for major subcons KPI including
- MPE cycle time
- Lot Reject Rate

Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience about Semiconductor Test development projects or sustaining activities.
At least 3 years of experience in MOSFET & Power Discrete testing
Familiar with Test Cell knowledge
Familiar with Test Operation Flow
Being familiar with VDA 6.3 audit process is a plus.
Proficient English is a MUST
Capable of coordination and communication among multinational teams to deliver results
Organized, Focuses on facts & open-minded with integrity in all aspects.
