Job summary

EFTS Inc. is seeking a skilled scaffolding installer to support field operations in the Philippines. The role requires reading and interpreting drawings, identifying required materials, and executing installations safely according to project plans.

The ideal candidate has NCII or a vocational certificate and at least two years of scaffolding experience, with strong teamwork, coordination, and communication abilities to collaborate with site teams on demanding projects.

Qualifications

• Must have NCII and at least a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in scaffolding installation and dismantling.
• Able to read/interpret drawings/designs and identify/quantify materials.
• Knowledgeable in safety standards and industry standards.
• Proactive, responsible, good interpersonal, coordination and communication skills.
