Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Salesforce Developer based in Metro Manila to design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and integrations. The role emphasizes Service Cloud projects, system reliability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You should bring 3–5+ years of Salesforce experience, strong Apex and Lightning Web Components skills, and a drive to stay current with Salesforce innovations. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (open to Salesforce Administrator experience with strong Salesforce knowledge)
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Custom Objects and other Salesforce technologies
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including integration and automation
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with Salesforce trends and best practices

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Deliver Service Cloud solutions meeting functional and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex development issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
• Follow Salesforce best practices to build maintainable, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical designs.
