Powerserve is seeking an Area/Land Scout to identify potential sites for new branches through field research, market analysis, and site inspections.

You will coordinate with property owners, brokers and local government units, gather documentation, and assist in lease negotiations while ensuring zoning compliance.

The role requires knowledge of local areas and willingness to travel to field locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in site acquisition, real estate scouting, or expansion is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in market research and feasibility study.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork.
• Familiar with local areas and commercial zones.

Responsibilities

• Identify land or commercial spaces for new branches.
• Evaluate site suitability based on accessibility, visibility, and foot traffic.
• Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and LGUs.
• Gather photos, site maps, and reports.
• Perform market analysis within the proposed area.
• Assist in lease negotiation or acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with zoning regulations and expansion standards.
