We’re looking for a sharp, analytical, execution-driven Executive Virtual Assistant (Healthcare AI) to work directly with the founder of a fast-moving health-tech company. This role blends executive support, operations, research, and strategic follow-through. You’ll bring structure to chaos, anticipate needs, and turn high-level direction into clear plans without waiting for detailed instructions.

What You’ll Work On
Founder Support and Coordination
- Manage calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and communication across multiple workstreams
- Turn voice notes, high-level ideas, and rapid-fire updates into structured action plans
- Keep priorities aligned, deadlines clear, and decisions documented
- Serve as a strategic sounding board by synthesizing information quickly
Operations and Process Building
- Build lightweight systems and workflows around recurring tasks
- Anticipate operational gaps and proactively solve them before they become issues
- Support internal hiring coordination, vendor communication, and cross-team follow-up
- Maintain clarity across tools, documents, and ongoing workstreams
Research and Analysis
- Conduct fast, thorough research on health-tech, automation tools, competitors, or workflows
- Summarize insights into concise briefs the founder can act on immediately
- Support data gathering for internal metrics, experiments, and process audits
Project Execution
- Own small to medium projects from planning to execution
- Coordinate with contractors, partners, and internal teams to drive tasks to completion
- Track commitments, outcomes, and dependencies across projects
- Ensure projects stay unblocked and moving even in ambiguous situations
What You Bring
- 3 or more years of experience as an EA, operations associate, or in a Chief of Staff-adjacent role
- Strong analytical thinking; able to break down problems without needing detailed steps
- High ownership mindset and bias toward action
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills
- Strong organization across digital tools (Notion, Sheets, task managers, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a high-change, startup-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in health-tech, AI tools, or early-stage startups
- Background supporting founders or executives
- Ability to build simple processes and workflows from scratch
