SALES RAIN BPO, INC. in Manila seeks an experienced Executive Driver to support company executives and clients with safe, timely transportation. The role requires a professional demeanor, strict confidentiality, and a clean driving record.

You will maintain the vehicle, plan efficient routes, perform basic maintenance checks, and assist with loading and unloading items. Weekend and holiday availability may be required to meet business needs.

Formación

• Must have a valid Professional Driver's License with the appropriate restriction code.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience as an Executive Driver, Company Driver, or in a similar role.
• Demonstrates knowledge of defensive driving techniques, road safety, and applicable traffic rules and regulations.
• Must have a clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations.
• Professional, well-groomed, punctual, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Physically fit and willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as business requirements may require.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a courteous and service-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with local roads, traffic conditions, and navigation applications is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Transport company executives and clients to meetings, business appointments, and other designated destinations.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and monitor maintenance schedules, registration, insurance, and other required documentation.
• Plan and identify efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrivals and minimize travel delays.
• Observe traffic laws and safety regulations while exercising discretion and professionalism at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, and other items as needed.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the executives' schedules, destinations, conversations, and other sensitive information.
• Perform other driving-related duties, administrative errands, and tasks as may be assigned by Management.
