• Familiar with basic vehicle inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Well-groomed, courteous, and professional with executives and guests.
• Flexible to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A vocational or college-level education is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for executives, employees, and company guests.
• Drive company vehicles in a professional and courteous manner while following all traffic rules and safety regulations.
• Plan efficient routes and use alternative routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure assigned vehicles are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Report any vehicle issues, maintenance needs, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive company matters.
• Assist with other transportation-related tasks as assigned.
• Be available for extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required.
