  • Coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the BD Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare for internal and external meetings — including agendas, materials, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the BD Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information and correspondence witha high levelof discretion.
  • Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of the BD Manager.
  • Monitor and manage the BD Manager’s emails, tasks, and priorities.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Track key deadlines and deliverables, ensuring the BD Manager stays on schedule.
  • Occasionallyassistwith personal tasks or errands, ifrequired.
Other Responsibilities (When No Agenda isprovidedby BDM)
  • Communicate with clientsregardingcompany matters related to gaming platforms.
  • Provide support in coordinating platform-related issues, updates, and user inquiries.
  • Assistin compiling client feedback or reports on platform performance.
  • Follow up with clients for required documentation or user support requests.
  • Support any ad hoc tasks assigned by the BD Manager related to business development or platform management.
