Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles including L300 vans, and 40-footer buses for nationwide deployments and daily operations.
• Transport employees, event personnel, and event equipment to various locations following approved schedules and routes.
• Perform RORO transfers efficiently, ensuring proper boarding, securing of vehicles, and compliance with port and other maritime procedures.
• Plan and familiarize routes in Metro Manila and provincial areas to ensure timely arrivals and avoid delays.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance needs immediately.
• Ensure that vehicles are clean, road-worthy, and properly maintained at all times.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel consumption records, and documentation for each assignment.
• ldentify Periodic Maintenance Schedules, and bring the vehicles to designated service centers
• Observe all traffic rules, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in loading and unloading of event materials and luggage when required.
• Support extended travel schedules, overnight trips, and long-distance assignments as needed.

Qualifications:
