Job summary

Instagrill Events is seeking a full-time Events Graphic Designer / Video Editor to create event layouts, social media graphics, and short-form video content for our events and brands.

The role is office-based in Maa, Davao City with a 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM schedule, Tuesday to Sunday, and overtime pay when applicable. A strong portfolio is required to showcase your layout, typography, and video editing skills.

Qualifications

• Portfolio is required.

• Experience in event graphics or multimedia is a plus.
• Ability to design for weddings, debuts, and events.

Responsibilities

• Create LED Wall Layouts for events.

Instagrill Events is looking for a full-time Events Graphic Designer / Video Editor to create event layouts, social media graphics, and short-form video content for our events and brands.

Salary

₱18,000 – ₱20,000/month, depending on skills and experience

• Overtime Pay when applicable

Work Setup:

• Office-Based — Maa, Davao City

• Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• May occasionally be required to assist during events when needed

• Overtime pay applies for approved work beyond regular working hours

Qualifications:

• Naturally creative with a strong eye for layout, typography, colors, composition, and aesthetics

• Proficient in Canva

• Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic design software

• Basic to Intermediate skills in CapCut or similar video editing software

• Able to create custom and original designs, not just edit ready-made templates

• Able to edit engaging short-form Reels and TikTok-style videos

• Knowledgeable in using AI tools for graphic design, content creation, image enhancement, concept generation, and creative workflows

• Able to use AI as a creative tool while still maintaining originality, consistency, and quality

• Can work independently and manage multiple design requirements

• Must be reliable and able to meet deadlines, especially for event-related materials

• Willing to learn and adapt to Instagrill Events' design standards and branding

Core Tasks / Responsibilities:

EVENT GRAPHIC DESIGN

• Create LED Wall Layouts for weddings, debuts, birthdays, corporate events, and other celebrations

• Create Photobooth Layouts

• Create 360 Videobooth Layouts / Overlays

• Create Welcome Board Layouts

• Create names, monograms, event titles, and other event‑related visual materials

• Follow each event's assigned theme, motif, colors, and overall aesthetic

• Prepare final layouts in the correct dimensions and formats for actual event use

• Handle revisions and ensure all event layouts are completed before their required deadlines

VIDEO EDITING & SOCIAL MEDIA

• Edit short-form Reels / TikTok-style videos from weddings, debuts, shoots, and other events

• Turn raw event footage into engaging social media content

• Edit videos with appropriate music, pacing, transitions, text, effects, and storytelling

• Repurpose existing event photos and videos into social media content

SOCIAL MEDIA GRAPHIC DESIGN

• Create promotional and marketing graphics for Facebook and other social media platforms

• Design package promotions, announcements, event features, and other branded posts

• Maintain visual consistency across Instagrill Events' social media materials
