Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Events Executive who will be responsible in contributing to the achievement of targets by supporting the Events team.

Key accountabilities

• Provide administrative support to the Events team including taking minutes during sales meetings, responsible for all files, letters, gift cards, giveaway certificates, gift inventory, internal and external correspondence
• Maintains updated database of accounts in Shiji system
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with all staff across departments
• Creating Events and travel request forms as well as presentations

General Requirements

• College graduate with at least 1 year work experience in a hotel setup
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Efficiency in both oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of PMS/Opera
