Job summary

The Safety Supervisor role is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and requires leading safety operations across estate facilities. You will manage up to five Safety Officers, deliver inductions, and drive incident reporting and emergency response procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and staff safety.

Excellent communication in English, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with safety systems are essential as you coordinate with on-site technical teams and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Must have personnel management skills and can also operate as a team player.
• Able to work under pressure and remain cool and calm while supporting and leading staff.
• Able to lead a team and liaise with Estate Heads of Department, external contractors and Owners representatives.
• Able to problem solve, interpret complex issues and motivate others to perform at their best.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common industry software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of family, guests, staff in private residence and facilities.
• Lead in implementing safety policies across Company and Estate.
• Manage a team of up to 5 Safety Officers; schedule work and duties.
• Provide safety inductions and training; maintain training records.
• Respond to fire alarms and medical emergencies; manage crises calmly.
