Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation in Makati is seeking a Branch Operation Management Associate to train branch staff on the new ERP system and serve as the Oracle help desk. You will coordinate with IT and Operations to resolve issues and ensure smooth ERP adoption.

Responsibilities include conducting ERP training sessions, providing frontline Oracle support, documenting issues, and guiding branch teams on standardized ERP processes while pursuing continuous improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and help desk support.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• ERP Training Conduct - training sessions for branch personnel on the new ERP system, ensuring proper understanding and compliance with operational workflows.
• Oracle Help desk Support - Act as the first point of contact for Oracle-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and escalating unresolved cases to IT.
• Issue Documentation - Record and track ERP/Oracle issues, maintaining logs for monitoring and reporting.
• Process Guidance - Provide guidance to branch staff on ERP processes, ensuring adherence to standardized procedures.
• Coordination with IT - Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to resolve system issues and implement updates.
• Continuous Improvement - Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements.
