This role involves providing day-to-day support for ERP-related issues, managing technical requests, and ensuring continuous system operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields and 1–2 years of relevant experience. The position is onsite from Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or ERP technical support.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and helpdesk operations.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for ERP technical issues.
• Log and prioritize ERP technical support requests.
• Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements.
