Oracle Fusion Functional Specialist (Finance SME)

• Manila, Philippines | Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
• PHP 2,000,000 per annum (~PHP 166,666/month)
• HMO from Day 1 | 20 VLs + 5 Paid Holidays

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the Functional SME for Oracle Fusion Finance and Procurement modules
• Lead and implement enhancements, optimizations, and finance transformation initiatives
• Own Oracle Fusion configuration with a hands-on approach
• Ensure audit readiness, finance controls, and change management compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 10+ years experience in ERP Finance systems
• 5+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion experience
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules

Nice to Have

• PMP Certification
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Experience with SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Knowledge of FBDI / Web ADI, SOAP and REST integrations
