Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer, or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in equipment engineering, maintenance engineering, or manufacturing operations preferred in semiconductor/electronics.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is maintained, qualified, and capable to support production.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Lead equipment improvement projects focusing on reliability, uptime, yield, and safety.
• Support installation, qualification, and release to production; document updates.
• Coordinate with technicians, process engineers, vendors, and teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare technical summaries and maintain equipment documentation.
