Job summary

Philtech Inc. seeks a skilled Oracle EPM/EPBCS specialist in the Philippines to design, configure, and optimize EPBCS solutions that meet finance and budgeting needs.

You will inventory existing Essbase assets, migrate artifacts to the EPBCS cloud, and provide Level 2/3 support while coordinating with finance and IT teams on enhancements and upgrades. Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS implementation and administration
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technologies
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Essbase architecture, multidimensional modeling and cube design
• Experience migrating or modernizing Essbase applications into Oracle EPM Cloud platform
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting or Financial Reporting functions
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle Fusion applications
• Experience in Agile delivery and Scrum methodology
• Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (Planning 2023 or later) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Development & Configuration
• Assess and inventory existing Essbase applications, cubes, business rules, calculations, reports and integrations
• Design, build, and configure Oracle EPBCS solutions to meet business requirements.
• Convert Essbase artifacts, calculations, metadata structures, business rules and reporting solutions to Oracle EPBCS
• Implement data integration between EPBCS and other systems (ERP, data warehouses).
• Support & Maintenance
• Provide Level 2/3 production support for EPBCS-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Enhancements & Upgrades
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to identify process improvements.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.
• Documentation & Training
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations and processes.
• Conduct user training and provide functional support for planning and budgeting cycles
